Plastic Sheeting
We specialize in polypropylenes, polyethylenes, and filled EVA resins.
We also extrude engineering grade and specialty resins to meet
our customer's specific requirements.

Our staff has over seventy years of custom plastic sheet extrusion
experience. This experience can be applied to a wide variety of
products and customer requirements on a job by job basis.
We offer material selection and manufacturing process
recommendations, developing secondary manufacturing requirements,
prototyping and project support services.
Plastic Sheet
We produce plastic sheet roll stock from 1" up to 60" wide ranging
from 0.020" to 0.125" in thickness. Cores are available in 3",
6" and 8" diameters. Cut sheet can vary from 6" up to 80" wide
and 120" long ranging from 0.020" up to 0.390" in thickness.
Corona Treatment
Corona treated (one side) up to 60" wide from 0.030" to 0.060"
thick. Sheet or roll stock.
Haircell finishes
Haircell finishes one side up to 55" wide from 0.030" to 0.200"
thick.
Sand matte finish
Sand matte finish either one side or two sides, up to
55" wide from 0.020" to 0.200" thick.
Gloss finish
Depending on the material, gloss finishes are available either one
side or two, up to 80" wide and up to 0.390" thick.
